How to prepare our meals
In an oven-safe dish, reheat items at 350 degrees, for 8-10 minutes for individual portions, and 12-20 minutes for family size portions.

Our plastic containers are microwave safe! Just remove the lid and pop them in for 2-3 minutes!

We always recommend using the oven vs. microwave, because the food tastes better and doesn't dry out as easily, but since all food is precooked, the microwave is an option, if that is your preference or only option.
How to store our meals
Items are fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Items can be frozzen for up to 6 months. Please remove all sauces and greens before storing in the freezer.

We always recommend consuming meals, fresh from the fridge, because food always tastes better fresh, but since all food is precooked, freezing your meals will suffice, if that is your preference or only option.
